RUJAK CINGUR

After another check-up at BMC, we (again!) decided have an early dinner because Im already hungry... krucuk, krucuk! For a long time I really want to taste "Rujak Cingur" in warung tenda Padjajaran.

It's a mix of cingur (an organ between nose and upper lip of a cow), kangkung, cucumber, bean sprouts, bangkoang, tofu, tempe (a food from soybean fermentation) and blended of petis and peanut sauce. Hope my grammar is right ;p The colours become black because of petis.

The taste was so wonderful, you should really try it sometimes. The price also quite reasonable, only Rp. 11.000.
